  1. Design Services:
    A. Mechanical Design Services: Automation equipment, machines, devices, fixtures, and other mechanical systems.
    B. Product Design Services: Concept design, industrial design, surface modeling, and product engineering design.
    Both A and B include: 3D CAD modeling, defining mates and motion relationships in assemblies, interference detection, finite element analysis (FEA), BOM preparation, detailed 2D engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and video preparation of critical motion simulation and assembly process. We also provide electrical system design and PLC or microcontroller programming when required for the equipment or product.

  2. Automation Machines, Custom Automation Equipment: Design, assembly, commissioning, delivery, and installation support.

  3. Metal Products Supply & International Trading: Castings, CNC machined parts, sheet metal parts, automation components like vibrating bowls feeders.

  4. Other Metal & Plastic Products: Design services, manufacturer sourcing, identification and evaluation, quality inspection & control services, international trading if needed by clients. When we do international trading, our suppliers are in provinces of Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, Jiangxi, Anhui, and Shanghai area.

  Our design services are competitively priced, typically around one-third of comparable rates in the United States and other developed markets, while maintaining a high standard of professional service. All intellectual property rights to the designs and other work we create for you belong to you.

  We are based in Yiwu City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, one of China’s largest international trade centers. Our team primarily consists of experienced engineers specializing in mechanical design, industrial design, and electrical engineering. We have strong technical English communication skills and can accurately understand and respond to our clients’ technical requirements and expectations. We have extensive experience working with overseas customers, as well as with international trade practices and China’s foreign trade laws and regulations.
